We stopped in
different coves, where we had the chance to examine closely every component of
the awesome landscape. There were places where you can only access by sea, so
there wasn’t any kind of rubbish.
We spent the night
in a cave called Cala Tavallera, so we planted our tent camps and we ate a
Fideua with fresh fish caught the same morning. We talked a little bit and we
went to sleep.
The next day, we
took our kayaks again and got back to the water. At midday, we stopped to ClubMediterranée, the place of inspiration of Dali, where a lot of paintings are
based on.
Finally, we
arrived at Port Lligat and we picked our things up, we put them into a van, and
it brought us to Port de la Selva.
I have to say that
I was a little bit stress at the beginning because it was a week plenty of
exams, so it was a long shot, but I make no apologize with what I had chosen.
It enabled me to disconnect
from the frantic world we live in. I met new people, I discovered amazing
places, I was in contact with the nature and I realized that the most of the
time our busy life not allow us to see the amazing world is behind the
artificial world we have built.
I don’t want to
say that I’m against cities, in fact, I think I’m a cosmopolitan person and I
love going shopping, but maybe we should take some time out to discover further
on what we are accustomed to see.
Doing some
activities like that, increase your mental and physical health. It’s like press
reset button and clean you mind of concerns, problems and stressing situation
which only produce into you a discomfort feeling and it generates physical
hurts, like muscle contractures.
So, I have no
hesitation in recommend it to everyone who loves outdoor activities and also to
those people who is just living for work. Work shouldn’t be your spotlight, you
should dedicate some time to yourself and it will bring you really good vibes.
Here I leave my video experience:
